Upcoming Broad Street Partial Lane Closures 10th–12th Streets

Progress is moving along on Broad Street! As we continue working toward a more vibrant and walkable downtown, we want to make sure you’re in the loop on the next phase of construction.

Beginning Thursday, January 29 crews are scheduled to start the next portion of construction, extending work further west. In addition to the current activity between 10th Street and 11th Street, construction will now encompass the section from 11th Street to 12th Street.

To accommodate this work and ensure the safety of crews and commuters, the following traffic patterns will be in effect:

• Inside Lane Closures: The inside travel lanes (closest to the median) on both sides of Broad Street will be closed from 10th Street to 12th Street.
• Access Maintained: One travel lane in each direction will remain open at all times.
• Parking & Pedestrians: Sidewalk-adjacent parking will remain available to ensure easy access to local businesses. Pedestrian access to storefronts will not be impacted by this phase.
