Project updates for Greene Street.
Work continues along the outside Greene Street. Expect outside lane closures on both sides of Greene Street between 5th Street and East Boundary. Drainage work will begin Monday, November 27th in the block near Heritage Academy (3rd Street to 4th Street). During the drainage work, this block of Greene Street will be closed and a detour will be in place. Expect traffic delays in this area.

Construction continues along the Old Town section of Greene Street between 3rd St. and East Boundary. Expect westbound lane (towards downtown) closures and detour between 1st St. and 2nd. St. for the next two weeks.

All westbound lanes of Greene Street (heading towards downtown) between 5th Street and 2nd Street will be closed starting Wednesday, July 26, 2023 for tree removal and demolition. A detour will be in place to navigate around this closure. Expect traffic delays.
