Augusta Traffic Update – No On-Street Parking on Telfair Street Between 5th and 6th Streets

As announced earlier this month, Telfair Street between 5th and 6th Streets has partial lane closures to allow for the installation of reinforced concrete storm pipes. Due to safety concerns and the nature of the work, there will be no on-street parking available on Telfair Street between 5th and 6th Streets for the duration of the work on this section, expected to be completed by mid-February.

Drivers should follow all posted detour signs and are encouraged to plan for minor delays. We appreciate your patience as we complete these critical infrastructure upgrades. Stay tuned for more progress updates at AugustaDTP.com.
