5th Street Update: Continued Construction

The block of 5th Street between Reynolds St. and Broad St. will remain closed. Intersection work will continue at Broad St. and Reynolds St. Construction activities will begin along the west side of Broad St. near Ellis St. Lane closures are expected near Ellis St.
